Neptune Paradise Beach Resort & Spa, Galu

Our stay at the resort was enjoyable, with a lovely beachfront and clean facilities. The food was varied and high-quality, making it a great value for money. However, we faced a long check-in process and a few concerns about safety, particularly around the pool. Overall, it's a beautiful place, but improvements are necessary.

The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The beach was breathtaking, and the pools were enjoyable. However, the reception staff was unwelcoming, and the room I was initially given had a damp smell. Dining options were decent, but the food could have been hotter. Overall, it was a nice place to relax after a busy safari, but improvements are needed in some areas.

Neptune Paradise offers a beautiful escape on the south coast with stunning surroundings and a variety of activities. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. The food is delicious with great variety, although some aspects of service could be improved, such as room maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, it's a lovely place to relax and unwind, just a tad short of perfection.
